Meet Rose Vitale
Born and raised with Detroit grit, Rose Vitale has always been a disruptor, exhibiting an entrepreneurial spirit and a fierce sense of justice from a remarkably young age. As early as kindergarten, Rose would stand up for herself and other little girls on the playground whenever boys tried to push them around, demonstrating her innate drive to challenge unfairness. Beyond the playground, her entrepreneurial instincts were also at work from a very early age. Rose would take to selling pencils to her classmates who didn’t have them – a clear sign of her understanding of market demand and negotiation beyond her years.
